Onext wanted to build a loyalty platform for numerous independent retail shops. They wanted to bring in a solution to make a buyer visit their shop again through rewarding system as a percentage of their purchase.
We designed a comprehensive loyalty solution with customer-centric approach. An algorithm for Unique Identity was established and stored in cloud database. The platform identifies and rewards different segments of customers in real-time. It integrates all consumer channels and elevates rewards experience across touch points with an Omni-channel approach.

We added promotions calendar which provides a complete overview of all active programs and campaigns. It can set automatic initiation of programs. Personalized reward offers can be created. It enables to organize customer data efficiently using a simple & intuitive interface.
